Best Picks: Ovechkin, Witt, Gonchar, Kolzig, Eminger, Jason Allison (and Nick Boynton, the fact that he wasn't signed makes me want to move him to the section below)

Worst Picks: Alex Volchkov, Brad Church, Miika Elomo, Alexander Kharlamov, John Slaney, Nolan Baumgartner, Kris Beech. Doesn't this bring back some painful memories?
